... and not much less to help a talented para rider develop!
Sara's young client Elan Williams, now 12, was invited to the Unicorn Centre in Gloucester to participate as a demo rider in an Andy Thomas' Testt® CPD day for the RDA and British Dressage.
Sarah and Elan have been incorporating Andy's methods into Elan's training since last year and have really felt the benefit. It was a great honour to be invited to participate in the seminar.
However, travelling a disabled young rider, complete with her ride Trinny, a companion pony (Dora, the Morgan), trainer Sara, Elans's mum Ceris, Elan's warm-up rider/groom Ceri, Sara's son Gethin, Elan's friend Megs and her mum, and finally Linda behind the camera, is quite a posse!
To our great amusement, there was a perspective fail when photographing the group together, with Geth (admittedly, well over 6 foot) and Dora (only just over 15 hands) looking like giants in front of everyone else!
