RDA National Championships

A belated post following a trip to Hartpury for the 2019 RDA Championships and RDA 50th birthday celebrations!

A somewhat eventful trip down featured 2-hour tailbacks on the A55 before we'd even left Anglesey, and a troublesome lorry, resulted in a 4 hour journey taking 12-plus hours, but everyone got there eventually, thanks to very kind friends stepping in with alternative transport.

At the event itself we had some wonderful results, a few slight disappointments, a couple of moments of drama, and multiple personal achievements ticket off by our riders (and some of the owners of the horses kindly loaned to our participants). The exhausted team returned home for a well deserved few days off!
